Early on this year UCC – Unique Custom Cycles in Sweden declared they were incooperating Acke Risings liftime project ISR Brakes. A great partnership where two strong brands of high quality parts for bikes and maybe mostly choppers are gathered under the same roof. But this year has more to offer. The company UCC was formed 1995, which means its officially 30 years old.
ISR Brakes on the other hand started 57 years ago, back in 1968, when Acke Rising founded the company. Acke himself claims “It’s really more of a hobby that got out of hand,” and for anyone ever used grips and brakes from ISR, one understand that the love and effort put into it, makes it the high quality product it turned out to be. Same goes for UCC parts. Its just the best you can get on this side of the big ocean.
ISR was turned over to Ronna at new year 2024/2025 and he will continue to the close collaboration with Acke and Öhlins Development AB which opens up for a broader customer base, ranging from racing teams to motorcycle manufacturers, but especially for all bikers and motor enthusiasts according to the news they released earlier this year.
I belive it’s more than us, looking forward to whats coming and we also like to send our Birthday whishes to Ronna and his brother Benna who we belive are a big part of it, even though he runs his own company Tolle Engineering. Congrats!!!
