1971 var starten för det som i folkmun benämns som “SM i hojbygge” Custom bike Show i Norrtälje. Den 3 juni är det åter dags och med några coronaår med uppehåll är det i år 49:nde gången Twin Club samlar framför allt Nordens finaste byggen i Socitetsparken vid inloppet i Norrtälje. “Apan” har en förkärlek för lite mindre arrangemang men trots storleken både i antalet utställda hojar och besökare har man lyckats bibehålla den där goa känslan av ett klubbarrangemang där man träffar kända och okända, hinner prata lite skit, kollar in och inspireras och dom som lagt ner tid och själ också belönas, rikligt.
Vi ser verkligen fram emot årets upplaga både på grund av allt det goa men också för att det samlar så otroligt mycket sjyssta hojar från vårt eget land men också från vårt grannland Finland i Öster. Det kommer sannolikt bli grymt och vi hoppas verkligen att vi ses där!
1971 was the start of what is named as “SM in hojbygge” (swedish championship of bike buiders) Custom bike Show in Norrtälje. On June 3rd it’s time again and with a few corona years with a break, this year is the 49th time Twin Club gathers above all the finest rides in the Scandinavia in Societetspark at the entrance to Norrtälje. “The Monkey” has a preference for slightly smaller events, but despite the size, both in terms of the number of bikes on display and visitors, they have managed to maintain that good feeling of a club event where you meet famous and unknown people, have time to chat a little, check in and be inspired and those who invested both time and soul is also rewarded, abundantly.
We are really looking forward to this year’s edition both because of all the good things, but also because it brings together so many cool bikes from our own country but also from our neighboring country not least Finland in the East. It will probably be awesome and we really hope to see you there!
