I read a thing on social media that at first fired me up, but than realized it was just a clickbait (i hope).
Anyway it was about full face helmets and that one look like a dork wearing them. Everyone is allowed to have their own opinion but this one if its true feels like someone who actually never tried riding in 7 degrees celcius below zero or even ridden more than 100 km at the same day or anywhere close to thoose massive mosquito walls we have in the northern Europe during summer. Or even better never crashed or know anyone who had. But still I put my money on clickbait in the end.
Still I wanna raise this matter cause no matter how “old schoool” you claim to be the head is about the only thing with zero return after smashing it in to pieces due to a heavy unplanned landing. My own experiences and belive me, I’m old school in all the way you can imagen, also knowing that this dork look alike actually saves me now and than, I love to look like a dork, to be able to speak, watch, smell eat, love, socialize and walk. But its still a matter of taste and choice, i just dont judge anyone else for theirs.
And really, open face helmets is not old school its for as we say in swedish “gubbjävlar” translated into english grumpy old bastards 😉
